The Centre holds the following key books on the Church:
- Gleams of Interest across the Chimes of Banbury Church by Eleanor Draper (1901)
- The Parish Church of St Mary's Banbury by Draper & Potts (1907)
- The Victoria History of the Counties of England Vol. X Banbury Hundred (1972)
- The Building & Furnishing of St Mary's Church Banbury by Nicholas Cooper (1972).
- Burial register transcripts for 1723-1812 (Banbury Historical Society vol. 18, 1984) - contains an incomplete record of monumental inscriptions from St Mary's churchyard.
The Centre has a file of press cuttings on the Church dating from the 1960s, and laser copies of some early images of the Church.
Centre for Oxfordshire Studies
The Centre for Oxfordshire Studies has copies of the transcripts and
the key books listed above together with many other published works
relating to the church. Also more than 50 prints and photographs illustrating
the church, including 18th century views of the old church, are held.

of what is available can be seen by following this link).

Please note that the Record Office will ask enquirers to use the transcripts unless there is a very good reason to use the originals (to save on the wear & tear these records suffer).
